Disease Is Not What We Take In, It's What We Hold On To

Eat what brings you joy. Before you take a bite, thank all of the hands it took to bring that food to your table. And say to your body, “I got you. You are taking such great care of me that I am taking great care of you.”

Your body knows exactly what to do to keep you healthy and moving forward in life. It starts the second the cell/embryo is formed. That cell knows exactly what to do to get you on the planet, to step your first step, to run your first run.

Our bodies are neutral and healthy. They were designed that way. What we put into our bodies is less important than what we hold onto.

Life has a natural flow and so does our body. Some people are pre-dispositioned for illness so this applies even greater to them. Some souls come and they may only come long enough to set their loved ones on their life path. But for many of us, we bring on our injuries or ailments by the way we live life. By the way, we block the natural flow of our body. Most of this is done by feeding ourselves and holding onto negativity. It impairs the natural job of the body which is to keep us growing, healthy, and strong.

We must let go of the negativity. Some ways you can detox or let go are by flushing your system with water, moving your body daily through exercise or massage, scraping your tongue each morning let go of the build-up. And the releasing of food and water.

When you wake up in the morning before you go to your first activity, drink a full glass of plain water to flush out your system. Then hydrate by drinking water throughout the day. It’s so important. Our body is made up of 60% water. Replenish, flush it out, and fill yourself up.

The two most important detoxes for our health and wellbeing are emotional and mental detoxification. Emotional detoxification is where we let go of our beliefs and positions which give rise to emotions of fear, anger, or resentment. We need to let go for our emotional well-being. Forgiveness is one of the easiest ways to let go.

Mental detox is having awareness of the thoughts you hold, how you feel when you hold them, and wanting to feel better. Then we can feed only positivity into our minds which will affect our bodies. Uplifting music, positive books, speaking kindly to yourself, avoiding toxicity including negative people, the news, and binging on anything. If you are binging on something you are escaping. Take breaks. Take walks. Walking outside is one of the greatest things you can do for your body, mind, and spirit.

When we hold negativity in our body, our body gets into a state of dis-ease. If this happens long enough the actively upset cells ping around and eventually they find each other and this creates disease.

It’s not what we are putting in, it’s what we are holding onto.

Flush that sh*t out!
