Self-Care is gentle, fun, and powerful. One way to practice is to listen to your body and honor what it is gently whispering to you. If you want to go for a walk, walk. If you want to have a glass of wine, have one. Listen to what your body is telling you. If yoga, meditation, or writing in your journal aren’t your things, don’t do them. We will create the perfect plan to support, uplift, and elevate you.

Relationships. It's Your Fault, Oh Wait

What is your primary relationship: You! Gain new perspectives on old relationships and create a fresh game plan moving forward. Make sure to write the current state of each relationship in a journal before you begin, then compare how they change after you complete the 33 Days. You will be blown away. You don’t have to savor a raisin for 45 minutes to free your spinning brain; you just need to get quiet. It’s like focusing on your breathing: when you do this, your mind stops running your life.
