Fake Laughing Is Good For You!

Laughing releases endorphins, or 'feel good hormones,' in brain regions linked to emotion and arousal. Laughing improves our psychological and physical health and promotes social bonding. It also relieves pain and increases feelings of togetherness.  Fake laughing releases the same endorphins and if you do it with someone else, the fake laughing turns into real laughing.  Fake laugh all the way to good health!
